easy access courteous service
The location is excellent with easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided many fresh and high-quality options. I appreciated the efficient and courteous service from the staff. They ensured every need was promptly addressed. The room was very comfortable with high-quality products.
The lighting system was not intuitive and lacked individual controls. I often struggled to find the right switch. There was no soft nightlight setting for the bathroom either. This made nighttime visits inconvenient.

Lovely Experience!
complimentary water equipped gym helpful concierge
The hotel provided complimentary water bottles daily. That was so convenient. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. It featured three treadmills and several weight machines. The concierge service was also helpful. They arranged transportation and provided excellent local recommendations.
I encountered a minor inconvenience with the in-room temperature control. The thermostat seemed to reset to a default setting. This required me to readjust it frequently .

The room featured a king-sized bed with premium bedding. That helped a lot. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A spacious work desk and ergonomic chair were also available. I used them!

The staff provided prompt and courteous assistance! The concierge readily arranged transportation and made reservations. Housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness throughout my stay. Turndown service included thoughtful touches. I loved it.

The hotel is near various attractions, shops, and restaurants. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel entrance. The surrounding area feels safe and pedestrian-friendly. It was awesome!

limited selection impersonal service
I must admit that I was looking forward to my stay. I anticipated a seamless experience, however, there were a few issues. The breakfast was not great. The selection was limited. the service felt impersonal, like the staff were just going through the motions.

Underwhelming stay overall
incompetent staff unreliable key card
The location was good for accessing Taksim Square it was a short walk.
The staff seemed initially friendly but they were not very competent and struggled with basic questions and English. I got different answers to the same question from different staff members. The key card system was unreliable guests struggled to use it in the elevator or to open their room locks.

the club lounge access included breakfast. the staff was great in the lounge. meryem and boran were very attentive.
the location is near a crowded freeway. the exhaust smell is noticeable when you leave. the tour guide tried to entice us to buy things all day (fake hermes manufacturers and rugs).

key card system elevator service
the breakfast selections were acceptable and the hosts seemed attentive.
The key card system was ridiculously unreliable. I saw other guests struggle too. my key became deprogrammed twice. i waited at the front desk to have the key reprogrammed. the elevator service was not great because one of 3 or 4 elevators was operational for two days. this meant long waits to get in and out of the hotel. Very annoying.
