the location is near a crowded freeway. the exhaust smell is noticeable when you leave. the tour guide tried to entice us to buy things all day (fake hermes manufacturers and rugs).

the breakfast selections were acceptable and the hosts seemed attentive.
The key card system was ridiculously unreliable. I saw other guests struggle too. my key became deprogrammed twice. i waited at the front desk to have the key reprogrammed. this meant long waits to get in and out of the hotel. Very annoying.
